It has been almost a year since my last blog post, so it’s about time to post something new again. Here’s some photos of that time when Moo and I went to the beach and found it completely empty.Read More

To photograph an elopement was one of my dreams since I started wedding photography. The very idea of an elopement is to get away from everything and get married with the love of your life without distractions of any kind. Aidee and Scott are from Chicago and planned to visit Europe for a couple weeks this summer. One of the countries they wanted to visit was Scotland, in particular the Highlands and all the beautiful castles. Aidee had never been overseas before, making this trip very special for the two of them. For this special event, Aidee made both of their outfits herself, including all the little details. They decided to tie the knot at Eilean Donan Castle and celebrate their love surrounded by beautiful hills and lakes, making the experience a true fairy tale.
I love to get to know the people I photograph and therefore I spent quite some time with Aidee and Scott. It is such a lovely feeling when you feel trusted and connected, and I think this is the reason I want to share these photos with you. I am very thankful to have gotten the opportunity to be part of this. Also, I signed their marriage agreement and will be forever one of their official witnesses, which means a lot to me. I hope you can feel the love in the pictures below, and I hope you will find someone that looks at you like Scott looks at Aidee, and like Aidee looks at Scott.
I have fallen in love with the island of Mallorca, and I can’t wait to be back for more weddings!Read More
