Outdoor Summer Wedding at Pluktuin Stoutenburg, The Netherlands

This might have been one of the most genuine and fun celebrations of love I've been invited to in the last few years. Although perfectly styled and set up, with matching colors in earthy tones, this wedding was all about the feels. Gideon & Cynthia initially had different plans for their wedding day. It was going to be in France, and a whole weekend instead of one day. But with the restrictions due to the Covid pandemic, they had to alter their dream plans. With a incredibly positive mindset, they changed the planning completely, and ended up having the best outdoor summer wedding in the Netherlands they could have wished for. I found it extraordinary to see so much optimism in a time were planning a dream wedding seems to be an impossible task amidst the pandemic. Their attitude definitely inspired everyone involved to make it a special day to remember!

With the venue allowing them to build their own wedding scene out in the field, the styling company could go crazy on the decor. With open areas for the ceremonies, the diner, and the bar, guests could easily find what they were looking for, without having to walk very far. The best thing however, was the fact that they had their own church put together right on the spot. Sharing their faith and celebrating love and life in front of the little white church must be moments that are embedded in their hearts forever. Their magical day came to an end with a super fun silent disco party.

Enjoy all the lovely smiles below, because there are so many!

I'm grateful I could be a part of this.
